Pharmacy Scholarships
The School of Pharmacy provides annual and endowed scholarships through the generosity of our donors for Professional (Pharm.D.) students. Not all scholarships are available every year. Students are notified via email of scholarship opportunities and application deadlines.

Requirements for Overall Scholarship Eligibility
Students must:
- Be a student in the Professional (Pharm.D.) Program at UConn.
- Have completed an on-time Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Gateway to Research Awards
The primary goal of this award is to help students gain an understanding of the importance of research by enabling them to apply that knowledge to improve their clinical skills. This scholarship provides a unique opportunity for talented Pharm.D. and BS students to participate in a faculty-mentored research project.
Post-Graduate Resources
Connecticut Student Loan Repayment Program
The CT SLRP is a program designed to recruit and retain providers to sustain a growing primary healthcare workforce working with medically underserved populations in Connecticut. In exchange for up to $50,000 in loan repayment, individuals agree to provide primary healthcare services in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) of greatest need. The length of service commitment is expected to equal 2 years.
